How does the curing proccess work?
So, you’ve got your windows tinted—awesome choice! You may notice bubbles or a slightly hazy look. Don’t panic. Your tint is in its curing phase as moisture evaporates from beneath the film. This is a normal part of the installation process.
Bubbles & Haze? Totally Normal
Those small bubbles and cloudy areas are trapped moisture between the tint film and the glass. This moisture will naturally evaporate as the film cures.
Patience is Key
The curing process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on weather conditions. Hot, sunny days may speed up the process, while colder or cloudy weather may extend it slightly.
Hands Off the Glass
Do not roll down your windows for 2–5 days. Avoid cleaning the inside of the glass until the tint is fully cured. Treat it like fresh paint—allow it to set properly.
